Eternl is an online wallet where you transact on the site itself but also has a browser extension that you can install to purchase NFTs. Staking with Eternl is very similar to Yoroi and also very seamless. Follow the steps below to start staking your ADA with an Eternl wallet.
Go to the Eternl website and select “Open Wallet.”
Again, it’s a good idea to write these and the key phrases down somewhere offline where you can keep them safe.
3. Write Down & Repeat Your Recovery Phrase
The recovery phrase will look like the image below. Write it down in a secure place offline. The next window requires you to fill in all 24 words in the correct order to activate your wallet.
At the top of the page, you’ll see menu items; click on “Receive.”
Once you have that open, you can simply hover over the address and click to copy. Use that address to send/receive ADA to your wallet. You can use a centralized or decentralized exchange to send or receive ADA.
Once the funds have been received, your account summary page should look something like this:
Once you’ve received your funds, you can now delegate them to a stake pool. Having researched which stake pool is the best stake pool on Cardano, you can now simply click on “Staking” in the menu bar. On the staking page in the “Filter Pools” search bar, type in the stake pool you want to delegate to. When your stake pool comes up, click on “Delegate.”
Type in your password and click on the “sign” button, and your ADA will then be automatically delegated to your chosen stake pool. That’s it! You’re on your way to earning passively with a stake pool.
